Our experience. 12 years as Head of Graphic Design at Albert Bonniers Förlag; fashion photography at Design by White (London); branding and packaging for David’s Tea (Montreal); visual identities for Thonik (Amsterdam); graphic concepts and design for theatres and cultural institutions like Riksteatern, Unga Klara/Stadsteatern and Moderna museet; and more.

 

Design workshops and analysis. UlmajaWilsson teaches and holds workshops for schools and businesses, and provides trend analysis for digital typography, bokk design and typeface development.

We've lectured at design conferences in Helsinki, Shanghai, Beijing and Vilnius, and have judged competitions in Sweden and internationally. We have also worked as lecturers at Konstfack and Stockholm University.

Each project is unique.
Brand building is an essential aspect of design, whether for an author's works, a publisher, packaging or book covers. The goal is to reach the right target group through careful research, analysis and concepting – with typography at the heart of everything we do.

 

Our design philosophy. Idea and quality, hand in hand. This has earned us two Berling Prizes, an August Prize, more than 20 awards from Svensk bokkonst, Svenska designpriset, Best Verzorgde Boeken, D&AD award, New York Book Show, silver in PostEurop'sPhilatelie Grand Prix, as well as bronze and a diploma from Schönste Bücher aus Aller Welt.

From big to little. No project is too large or too small. We design everything from stamps and exhibitions to logos, business cards and packaging. Plus a lot of books. We take the project from concept through to final result. Regardless of whether it's a 250 m2 exhibit for the Nobel Museum or one of the 50 stamps we've designed.
